Web Augmented Reality Sales and Marketing Experience
About the Client :
The Nissan Motor Company, Ltd. the Japan-based Automaker is the sixth largest automaker in the world.
Nissan Middle East is the middle east arm of the Nissan Motor Company that focuses on the markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, and Jordan.
Project Requirements :
With the pandemic induced change in customer habits and expectations of shopping from home, Nissan tasked XR Labs with designing an Augmented reality experience through which users can visualize Nissan Cars without having to download an application, which proved to be major friction for all consumer targetted AR Campaigns.
XR Labs Solution :
XR Labs built a cross-platform Web-based Augmented reality experience that allows the end customer to visualize an array of Nissan cars in immersive AR right from their browser without having to download any special application.
The Web AR experience allows the user to customize the colors, explore the USPs in a screen-based 3D view while visualizing the configured car in immersive AR.
As Phase one, XR Labs developed the experience to include five flagship models; Patrol, Kicks, X Trail, Altima and Sunny.
