Project Requirements :
Pharmaceutical companies need to manage around 1,250 Current Good Manufacturing Process (CGMP) regulations and need to spend an average of 15,000 hours on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training in order to comply with FDA regulations. As the largest capsule makers in the region, our client needed an effective training solution to ensure their employees complied with these standards.
XR Labs Solution :
Our client contracted XR Labs to create a Virtual Reality training simulator for their priority SOPs. XR Labs delivered a highly detailed experience which simulated the actual SOPs, even though we did not have access to the 3D models of the machinery involved. The multiplayer VR training simulator allowed trainees to learn the SOPs thoroughly while also practicing teamwork.
